The worst company I have dealt with. If you want to be pushed around and Just have words spoken to you well you found your company. If you want actual work to be done find a different company. Because I have been calling them for the past month regarding my sprinkler system. The first time they came they said I had a leak it needs to be repaired. I told them to repair it they said they don’t have the part and need to speak to the office and they’ll call me. 2 weeks passes. No phone call I had to call them, and finally reached someone. They sent out someone again, he came looked around after I told them the issue and said we will have the office call. I called a couple days later when I finally got someone on the phone they said I’ll speak to the office and get back fo you. Now 2 weeks later no phone call and haven’t heard a word from them. I was dissatisfied with my last sprinkler guy and was searching for a new company to take care of my lawn and water needs . I decided to give Poseidon a try, I called and made an appointment and Robert called back and said he would come over ASAP , he was polite and professional and listened to my problems with programming the lawn sprinkler automatically. He resolved that quickly and patiently explained how I could program the system myself. I was so happy that I asked if he could give me an estimate on expanding my sprinkler system to another location in my yard . The next day he gave an estimate for a reasonable price. I agreed for him do the work and he sent his crew to install the new sprinkler heads which they did neatly and professionally.
