Hi, As I saw the last review I actually have the same issue. 3 days ago I went to get a cake and wanted to write on it too The women who were helping me out was nice I can tell she even let others know that i came first and she need to help me first however maybe because she was on a rush but I was trying to decide what cake I should get and the cakes were looking so bad I can tell they have been there for 2 weeks I was so hesitating but I ended up choosing one but the cakes was so unprofessional i can make a better cake than that it looked like it was done so fast the cream was not clean and the fruits were old. Tgere was another cake of tge same look so I asked to see it too because I was short to reach it but she was like its the same thing . !! I KNOW :) I was trying to see if the cream is a little bit more cleaner . Okay whatever I ended up paying 37dollars for a cake that was so old away from that. the cake was for my dad and it was chocolate squared cake she wrote on it IN PINK pinkkkk please was there no other options I was sooo disappointed I asked if we can change it she was like noo I give ideas she was like no okay thats not my problem you should offer another cake ? The cake was so bad I didn’t even want take picture of it it taste SO BAD and old nothing was fresh in that cake my stomach started hurting from one bite everyone literally took one bite and we threw all of the rest.

Its so sad how you don’t do your job with love when you’re sharing happy times like cakes are for happy times be a part of it let your customers remember you in those happy times and come back again and again and talk about you...

If I could leave zero stars I would. This place when it was on Arthurkill Road was amazing. Once they closed the Arthurkill location and condensed it with the Tottenville Bakery location it went downhill... FAST! The first time we ordered from the Tottenville location the food was horrible and the service was not much better. I chalked it up to growing pain and boy was I wrong. We tried again and it was the same thing. This last time I decided that Bella Baci would never be what it used to be. I placed an order online because it was convenient. When we went to pick up the food half our later that is when they decided to tell us they were out of pizza and one of the rolls. OK not a problem we substituted. I know what your thinking maybe they didn't have my phone number to let me know they ran out of items, but I specifically gave my number because that is what happened the second time. Once home we opened the bag to realize items were missing from our order, but it was too late because they were already closed. I know they are technically a bakery, but if you are going to offer a lunch and dinner options please make sure it is at least good or don't do it at all. If your specialty is bakery stick to what you know, but the bakery isn't that great either. Maybe it is because they are trying to be both. All I know is at the this location I gave them 3 chances and now I will never order from...

They DON'T USE A SCALE! Only one star because on three separate occasions, I ordered 2 pounds of Pignoli Nut Cookies for $56 each time, and when I weighed them at home including the box (which should not be included), it was only 1.5 lbs the 1st time, and when I called to complain, the young girl said, it was only just a few cookies, well that is my money. The 2nd time I ordered 2 pounds, I picked up on Thanksgiving and it was only 1.62 including the big box. And today, I ordered 2 pounds, When I ordered the cookies today, I asked the girl to make sure it was 2 pounds. she said "Oh no, if anything we gave you like 3 pounds this time" Well, I came home and once again it was short by half a pound. When I called to complain the girl said the owner was not there but she would give me more cookies?!? Although very nice of them to give me what I paid for after 3 times of being shorted, I found out from the girl sitting outside at the table selling goods that they don't have a working scale and they just count the cookies instead of weighing them . REALLY??? This happened to me over a 3 month period, so imagine how many customers are being over charged! Bakery puts out quality pastries but shame on you for not using a scale and or a scale that actually works. Customers should not have to check weight accuracy wether it cost $28 a...

I AM GIVING 1 STAR JUST TO BE ABLE TO LEAVE MY VERY HONEST REVIEW....SEE PICTURES BELOW. Today, I bought two sandwiches for myself and my coworker, for lunch. I cannot express how truly disgusted I am at the quality and quantity of the food that was sold to me. I bought a prosciutto ,fresh mozzarella and arugula hero with oil and vinegar, and the bella baci special, roasted peppers, arugula, aioli, chicken cutlet, fresh mozzarella and french fries. The prosciutto hero had LITERALLY 3 pieces on it. The bella special hero had a piece of chicken cutlet that looked like it had been cooked a few times and tasted rotten. The French fries were old tasting, hard and cold. The first 2 pics are chicken cutlets, no sauce, just because you won't know what it is. How do you serve such garbage and charge prices for quality food. I think they served me food from the dumpster. SO 0 STARS OUT OF 5 FIVE. DON'T GO!!!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Hidden Gem in Staten Island! Belli Baci Bakery is hands-down one of the best bakeries I’ve visited in Staten Island. From the moment you walk in, the aroma of fresh-baked bread and pastries wraps around you like a warm hug. Their chocolate bread is absolutely divine—rich, soft, and unforgettable. And don’t even get me started on the PB&J donut… it’s a nostalgic twist with a gourmet flair! The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the vibe is cozy and inviting. Whether you’re grabbing a quick coffee and pastry or picking up treats for a special occasion, this place delivers every time. You can tell they put love into everything they make. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area—you won’t regret.

If I could leave ZERO STARS, I would! Pre-ordered a special 55th anniversary cake for my grandparents, and this is the cake I received as is. Looks like someone picked off the rose from the cake and placed it on top of the Happy Anniversary writing. This is a disgrace of a anniversary cake, and a unprofessional business. The owner says she was "too busy" to talk to me to resolve this issue that cost me $24.00 NEVER AGAIN!
