I regret having to express my concerns, particularly regarding small businesses, but I must convey my disappointment with this Yamaha dealership. It appears that their approach to repairs leaves much to be desired, and their integrity is questionable. Here's my revised review: I'm genuinely reluctant to provide negative feedback, especially when it concerns small businesses, but I feel compelled to share my experience with this Yamaha dealership. Unfortunately, it seems that they may not be the best choice for repairs, as my encounters with them have been rather disheartening. Initially, I had a smooth and professional interaction with a salesperson named Brian when I purchased my Xmax 2023. However, my opinion of the dealership soured when I went in for my first oil change. They initially quoted me $185 for this service, which I already found quite expensive. Yet, when I arrived at the dealership, the price mysteriously jumped to $225. After a brief discussion, they reluctantly reverted to the originally quoted $185. Furthermore, they failed to reset the oil light, leaving it blinking, despite boasting about their experience with Xmax repairs. My most recent visit was to have them install a backrest on my Xmax. Over the phone, they quoted me a staggering $225 for this seemingly straightforward task. I decided to visit the shop to discuss the installation further. I explained that I had purchased the parts in Europe through a friend who also works at a Yamaha dealership. My friend assured me that the installation was a quick and uncomplicated process and even provided me with the Yamaha installation guide, which outlined the procedure in a straightforward manner: remove the under-saddle storage with four screws and the four screws from the passenger handle seat, then install the new handle seat with the backrest. To my astonishment, the dealership claimed it would take three hours for this job. I expressed my disbelief, and that's when things took a turn for the worse. The owner and his daughter responded with a discourteous attitude and displayed extremely poor customer service, suggesting I should do the installation myself. This unexpected response left me baffled and disheartened. Is this truly how they treat their customers? I decided to take my business elsewhere because I cannot support dishonest practices and overpricing. I strongly discourage anyone from choosing this dealership for repairs, as they fail to uphold the brand's reputation. I intend to bring these concerns to the attention of Yamaha headquarters, as I am confident they would not want to be associated with such unscrupulous behavior. Update 10/31/2023 Long story short, I had a rather frustrating experience at this establishment. The owner was quite impolite when he questioned why I wasn't attempting the job myself, when i told them it was a quick task. So I decided to take the challenge and handle it on my own since the weather was favorable over the weekend. To my surprise, I managed to complete the job in under 40 minutes without being a Yamaha dealership mechanic. Contrary to their initial estimate of requiring extensive body part removal and a two-hour job, I found this wasn't necessary at all. Initially, they quoted me $275 for the job, but as I began to inquire further and demonstrated my knowledge of what was required, the cost mysteriously dropped to $200. I was willing to pay for a professional service, but their dishonesty compelled me to take matters into my own hands just to prove a point. (See attached pictures) If you're looking for a reliable service, I strongly recommend visiting Open Road Motorsports instead. When I asked them about the same job, they provided a straightforward estimate of $75. It is evident that this dealership is engaging in deceitful practices to take advantage of their customers.

edit***. They weren’t running numbers all weekend. I contacted them Monday….. The owner has no idea what she’s doing or talking about. I’m not even reading the rest of her reply because the first line was a lie Absolute pathetic excuse of a business Bike was listed for 9400. Before any taxes fees or anything. They put 9800 on the dealer statement. Refer pics Then additional fees Their official dealer statement has typos….. Was told they can’t register it because I want to transfer a plate from a different bike I own. This dealer is just wayyyy too shady to purchase a $10,000 bike from

If you need a motorcycle or parts for one Prospect Powersports is the place to go!!! Sabrina was the first person I spoke to when I walked in there just looking around. I saw this bike that called to me. I asked her what I needed to do. She answered all my questions and helped me all the way to get that bike. She was kind and courteous. So I just want to thank Sabrina and the whole Crew at Prospect Powersports. They are amazing!!! I now own this beautiful bike!!! I'm so happy!!!

Worst service ever!! i went there on 6.15.22 to get my bike tuned up, the guy said he does not have the air filter and he will order it and that i have to pay for the part ahead which i did and mentioned it will take couple of days to come, and once it will come someone will call to schedule an appointment. I never received a phone call!!! Yesterday the 6.28.22 i called the shop to ask about the part (which obviously was there already) then he said let me get the service manager and i was put on hold for over 20 minutes, i then called from a different number and the same guy answered and said sorry forgot about you, blah blah the guy will call you back (never called). Today 6.29.22 i called again and a lady answered and i was asking the same question this time she said we have the part when would like to come i said yesterday she said if tell you to come today will you? i told right away, she placed me on hold again and then she said we can't do it today we can do it tomorrow, which i wasn't happy about but said ok. an hour later the service manager calls me and say hi we have the parts but you can't come due to 4th of July weekend and we have appoinment schedule already blah blah blah, i told him i was there over two and half weeks ago and made an appointment, if you had a good customer service you would tell me "I'm stopping everyone bring your bike in" but you told me you prefer that i will cancel the order and the tune-up!! if i know it would take so long i would have never stepped my foot in this place!!! and now im for sure not!!!! heads...

If I can rate this place with negative stars - I sure will. I call in one day and asked to make an inspection on one of my scooters that I didn't purchase there and was told that I can bring it in without an appointment from 10-1030am on Wednesday to Friday. Great, right? I walk in at 10am on a Friday and told the nice guy by the counter why I'm there and I took the scooter to the garage. All was good until this... some old guy who I think was the boss comes to me and starts talking NASTY...He says to me, "Why are you here?" I told him for an inspection. He says, "Did you make an appointment?" I said no because I was told I can just come in from 10-1030am... so he responds that They don't inspect scooters that weren't sold from that place. So I said, Why wouldn't you say that over the phone? I explained to the guy when I called that I didn't purchase the scooter from there and he It's OK just bring it in. And then he says it's going to take 2 hours for a 3 minute job and I was the first one in the store at 10am. He was rude and nasty and BY THE WAY he mentioned that he only services THEIR customers, so I told him I WAS a customer who purchased a brand new scooter a few months back but will NEVER EVER walk in that place again. Will never tell people to walk in there again. It's the kindness and principles sometimes. He was a complete jerk! Bad for business especially to those of you who are NOT his customers. Be aware of that jerk. All workers were looking at him while he was talking nasty and just sat there like...
