Rose Gardens — Local services in New York

Rose Gardens is an amazing apartment. The amenities are good and very friendly onsite staff. You are right next to the park so the atmosphere is always cheerful and there are a lot of events that you can enjoy at the park during summer, close to Fort Hamilton Parkway station so commute is a breeze, and plenty road parking so you don’t have to hunt down spots for that ocassional rental. The community itself is pretty quiet and clean, it’s my oasis in between the busy city life.

Rose Gardens is the 3rd apartment I have lived in in NYC , the one I like the most. The neighborhood is very quiet with a suburb feel. Street parking is much easier than other neighborhoods. The onsite staff is very helpful, the fitness room is well equipped, laundry room and all public area are always clean. The best of all is the people living in the building. I compared my tap water (left bottle) to store-bought bottled water (right bottle), and the difference is shocking. The tap water is noticeably yellowish and cloudy compared to the crystal-clear bottled water. This raises serious concerns about water quality in our area — especially if you’re drinking it daily or using it for cooking.
