I went in to get my gel nails done. Needed refill and wanted french. The owner im assuming is not friendly. To be honest im amazed with the amount of attitude this lady had because her skills are very very very poor. Dirty desk, dust everywhere, very unhappy lady. I left mid way through my nails after telling her that my ends are too thick and she said she can not do anything about it so i asked to get the frnech tip taken off since it looks horrible. The owner left a bad taste in my mouth when she didn't acknowledge my appointment that I had made a few days ago. I could clearly see that she decided to take in walk-ins that were more costly over my simple mani+pedi. She didn't even let us know there would be a wait until we asked her 3x and she repeatedly said 15-30 minutes more. She didn't even know if the customers were going to do both their nails and feet and thus would further delay the appointment. I don’t recommend coming here for a pedicure. There was only one girl that was available to do a pedicure and she took about 30 mins to get started on me. The worst pedicure I’ve ever gotten. She left me with cuts and bleeding on most nails. My toes were hurting for days, thankfully I didn’t get an infection. I saw this place on TikTok and thought it was worth a try, but I didn’t even want to get a manicure at that point....
