i went there a few times met dr weinstein 10- 15 min. she didnt listen to what i had to say .i gave her my prescriptions that i was taking on was welburtan . you cant stop taking it suddenly . i let her know and the therapist there.2x they saw the bottle and i reminded them. i called and got no answer. sabrina said friday she would get back to me. saturday i ran out its monday after 7 avoiding my call .i called at 4pm. i am given the brushoff like i dont matter i have metro plus insurance that might be whY

UPDATE STILL DIDNT GET IT FILLED ITS NOT THE PHARMACY DR WIENSTEIN STILL DIDNT SEND IT IN. SCRIPTS RAN OUT. THINKING OF REPORTING HER TO INSURANCE. IF SHE DONT NEED THE $$ SHE SHOULD NOT BE IN THE BUSINESS!!!!!got an e mail from sabrina even though its known about the dr. there and gvin the run around the blame was still put on me.. weinstein offered no explanation just nasty comments...

I was a patient here for 4 years. I had 9 different therapists and was on medication. I was seen regularly until COVID 19 Happened. The office was only doing telemedicine which I was fine with. Unfortunately they would not call me for some of my scheduled appts and had the nerve to blame me for not keeping my appointment. I never missed any appointments, so they just needed a reason to start problems. The final straw was when they closed my case on my appt day and they not give me a valid reason. They just said my case was closed and when I asked them what should I do about my prescriptions and my care, they basically told me to screw off. They failed to refill my meds ( which I was out of because I was supposed to be getting a refill that day) and they did not refer me to another doctor. They basically left me stranded without any help or medication.. This place sucks. Don't...

90% of the therapists care about their patients the therapist I have is excellent I really love her I could talk about anything and she don't judge me when I first went there I didn't really care for the receptionist cuz she always had an attitude and thought she was better than the patients there is nobody's better than anybody but that persons not there no more and the 2 reception that are there are very kind and respectful to the patients that are in the waiting room and I want to also comment about somebody's comment saying that the bathroom is disgusting and she wouldn't even let her dog piss in it the bathrooms are not disgusting it might be a little tiny but they not disgusting so I don't know what she calls disgusting...
