Stern's Furniture is worth a trip from anywhere. Their service and selection is superb! Each saleslady gave us their FULL attention. Any questions, queries and uncertainties were answered in full honesty. They were not at all pushy, on the contrary, they let you look and think and didn't push you to buy one over the another. They were honest about the differences between Italian and their own designed furniture. It was a real pleasure every time I walked in, they're very friendly and non dominant. Service is really bad, I placed an order in January and I'm Still waiting for it … over 10 months!! ( when they original told me it would take 6 months.) When I calling the office all I got was a screaming sales lady saying there is nothing she can do. I would never recommend buying...

Simple thieves. Will show you one color then give you another. They will tell you the track is metal, and it will be wood. Mouldings fall off the furniture within a week. Etc. It's a dishonest and unethical place which is why we don't do business with...
