I ordered an hour before I needed the food so I wouldn't have to wait. When I came to pick it up Panino had no idea what I want from them. When I showed them my order confirmation online and the credit card charge Panino said they will make now. HELLO! I placed the order way in advance so I shouldn't have to wait because I needed to leave out of State. So they said they will cancel the order and refund. My kids were upset and since then every order that I place online gets canceled after a few minutes. So we will look for a new place with better...
