Called in to see availability. I had to get my daughter by 2:30 so needed my nails done by 2pm. Something simple. She said I can come and wait 30 mins. Normally in would which I told her and explained to her why I could t wait that long today. She said ok sorry. I said yeah. I’ll call later to see. She said ok bye. Hung up. I rearranged my whole afternoon and called back to ask if I can come in at 3pm after I pick her up and drop her off at daycare and the lady said no very rude. I guess she felt some type of way because I wasn’t able to work with what she wanted. Told her to be nicer next time because there is no reason to be so hostile and get offended solely because I’m prioritized my motherly responsibilities. Told her I’ll see for tomorrow then since it is my birthday tomorrow and I want cute nails she said whatever you want. We told you come wait and you said no. I laughed because lady, it’s not that serious. Lmao. But I did my nails at ven a nails on purdy and westcHester ave since Thao nails has bitter girlie ill mannered phone nail reps and they came out so cute. Let me set the scene. I enter at 6pm And am given my period are immediately. Henri was great. Thought I would have him for both my hands and feet but he had an appointment so I was passed to another man. I don’t know his name but he works at the end of the shop and is heavyset. I got an acrylic set and the paint job was messy. He had to do several designs over again and still missed the mark. He was rushing. Then at 846 he asks if I’m paying with card or cash. I tell him card. Before my nails are even dry, he says I have to get up and pay. Like actually put my nails in my bag and pay. So I would have messed up my nails and had to spend an even longer time there. After nearly biting his head off, finally he suggested I go to the deli next door and get cash. I don’t like the way I was treated. He had the nerve to say next time we will do payment before 8. Next time??? Are you outta your effn mind? I will never return. It sucks because Henri was bomb on the feet. I’m utterly displeased and disgruntled. I’m in customer service myself . Without that, I will never...

Terrible service. I went to soak off my acrylic nails and get a pedicure. The paint on my toes looks bad. After finishing my pedicure she sat me down with the bowl and told me to remove it myself.Then proceeded to charge me for the service like she helped me with it. I’ve never had this experience at a nail salon. i argued with them about how i was paying for a service i could’ve literally done at home (because i did it myself).Apparently acetone is expensive and they made me pay for the bowl and acetone that they (like any other nail salon) should’ve used to help me remove the acrylic. After arguing one worker wanted to reason with me about how he could help me and remove my nails after his appointment but I stated from the moment i got there that i had work. Do not recommend this place. 😂😂😂 And all everyone does is stare at you like they’ve never seen...
