From Start to Finish....just now....was seriously BRILLIANT....from my first tentative " live " WhatsApp message to today finishing with a live facetime call the whole experience was fabulous....very prompt and professional response to messages....baring in mind the time difference from the UK to NEW YORK USA.....TYLER AND RAVI responded to the many to and fro messages were like I was speaking to them face to face....in fact the very fact they messaged back to someone who found thier excellent store online from the UK speaks volumes of both men and how they treat customers ....I called the store and Ravi was clearly on another call....but immediately called me back once he was finished....agreed to call today Saturday 15th February 2025....they called me....switching to facetime..Tyler gave me a tour of thier store.....proper cricket store....felt like I was there.....NOTHING WAS A TROUBLE...showed me the wicketkeeping gloves I was interested in...and more....I settled on my original choices...2 pairs.....and had a great chat with both....a real family feel...you can definitely tell they care....sorted out payment as I was ordering off the net from the UK....which understandably thier system wouldn't allow....so basically VIA facetime I was successful in paying over the phone....was walked thru the process....honestly it was as easy as being in the store....love it....they need to open one in the UK.....they would be swamped..... Will tell my club about them and anyone reading this .....should definitely use them.......Both lovely fellas....although Tyler supports Manchester United..... Carry on your Innings gentleman you deserve a hundred.. Thankyou all so...

Interaction, shipping , delivery was good. But my gm aion plus spikes showing pasting issue just after 2 net and one outdoor (natural turf) game session. Not sure if it is gm aion issue or this particular product. Problem is shop is not local to texas hence cant take it to the shop. Return clause stringent with shipping charges. Which gets added to the delivery shipping charges paid already, hence experience issue becomes major.

Continuation - I will add my extended experience after store management noticed my issue. Mr. Ravi , called me up to understand the problem, went above and beyond to safeguard my purchase/money and offered same/similar shoe for free(Note : I wont take the replacement as i dont need it and can fix the previous one with glue)

After knowing Mr.Ravi and the post sale customer care, I can confidently suggest others that the shortcomings of the online purchase from a local/regional store(like return shipping/defect in product etc) is absolutely taken care/safeguarded by the store management.

Recently started playing again and a friend d of mine recommended ravi's store. As me and my friend have played in the domestic circuit while in college we know what high performance equipment looks and feels like. I must say cricket zone usa comes up to the mark. The most sensitive purchase one can do as a cricketer is to buy a high performance bat. CZusa have a great system where they video call with you and unwrap and mark the bat in front of you. After doing so they knock, oil, and tape the bat and send it to you with free shipping in the usa. I saw the bat and was very happy with the pressed grains number of grains and ping of the bat. Top notch work and support from them always available to answer questions. Just a tad busy, but thats because they are awesome and everyone loves them.
