I am writing regarding an order of an espresso machine I made through Kitchen Clique on eBay. The machine arrived from the distributor, and unfortunately there was a small issue with the machine and some missing parts. I wrote to Kitchen Clique late in the evening, and first thing in the morning I received a phone call from Barbara P. Barbara apologized for the problem, confirmed some details with me, and told me she would try and contact the distributor and would get back to me the next day.
Despite not hearing back, I received a follow up message the next morning with an update that they were still waiting to hear back from the distributor; and at the same time they also offered some incentives for the inconvenience which were quite fair. Eventually the distributor got in contact with Kitchen Clique, and Barbara emailed me back and forth another couple times with status and shipping updates, and ultimately a tracking number when they received and forwarded on the missing parts.
In short, Kitchen Clique has been my most positive and out of the ordinary customer support experience by a vendor in my 20 years of online shopping. I very much appreciate the patience, understanding, and effort shown in trying to make me a happy customer and my shopping experience with them a good one. My parts arrived yesterday and I am now enjoying some delicious espressos! I would not hesitate to shop with them again, and would recommend Kitchen Clique to anyone considering a purchase from them. Someone bought us an engagement party gift from here- a set of trays that didn't match anything else, and we assumed that like any other gift store, we'd be able to exchange it for something we liked. BOY were we wrong. Apparently there's a two-week exchange policy, which means if someone gets you a gift two weeks before your wedding, you have to take the time to drag it into the store the week before your wedding or you're stuck. Which is made worse when you're from out of town. What new bride and groom need a two-week ticking clock the week of their wedding? Preposterous. Of course, Kitchen Clique's staff did not care at all that we were unhappy with them, and were completely unapologetic and inflexible. They didn't even have the gall to tell me on the phone that they wouldn't do exchanges, instead waffling and inducing me to carry a bunch of heavy boxes all the way into the store just to be ignored for ten minutes and then told to go away. Needless to say I will NEVER even CONSIDER buying a gift for others from Kitchen Clique, nor will I ever do any shopping...

We were really disappointed because we have been searching for a copper kettle with a harmonic whistle.
