Pizza Heights On Albany — Restaurant in New York

I ordered delivery from this place today because the plus about their delivery is if you live in an apartment building they will come to your apartment. You don't have to come to the front of the building. I ordered cheese pizza and garlic knots. In the past, I have had their garlic knots and they were really good. But today they were totally different. They didn't even taste garlicy. They just looked like mini rolls that didn't even seem really cooked with some butter brushed over them. I was really disappointed. Also the pizza didn't taste very good. Worst pizza I have had in a long time. The crust was very bland, tasteless and tough. It tasted kind of like cardboard. I really didn't enjoy the pizza. I was very disappointed in my order. It seems the quality of their products has really gone down. Also the guy who took my order over the phone wasn't the most polite person in the world and was kind of abrupt. He got upset cause I didn't have my credit card out ready when I called. It took me about 10 seconds to get it...

I use the delivery service quite frequently. They are always very quick to deliver and the pizza is delicious. Last week, I ordered a pie and fries and there was a new delivery person who brought my food to the wrong place. An hour or so later my neighbor calls me and says he found it at his door and was asking neighbors to find out who's it was. I got my food, but it was cold and an hour late. I called up the place and they took full responsibility. Without me even asking, they offered me to get a free pie and fries like my original order and that I can get it whenever I want. I took them up on the offer tonight, and it was delivered within 15 minutes, and it was totally free. They are honest, fast and delicious. We just placed an order from Sauce N Cheese, well we attempted to place an order online. Everything went through, payment and all and we're idly waiting for our order because we're quite hungry.

We call them to confirm the order half hour after placing them and would you like to know what they said?! "We're not sending out the order because you're too far"!!!

I'm quite baffled why they would allow us to even place the order to begin with. It's deceiving, cheating and not the way to run a business. We could have ordered elsewhere had we known they don't deliver.

Their customer service is rude and abrupt. I am beyond baffled. I urge you not to shop at a store who's service is as Sauce N Cheese.

Anyways, gotta go place a huge order...
