Frankly it's unbelievable, no wonder people get turned off from Judaism when a stale cracker costs an arm and a leg. Same goes for all the "religious" items. Esrog $300? Tzitzis $40?! Yarmulka $10! Cholov yisroel milk for over 100% mark-up of non Cholov yisroal?! It's pathetic! On a more pointed note, their matzahs are thick (so you get even less matzahs per lb). Service is bad. They don't even know their own inventory so if you call you'll be told to place your order in person, and when you go in person you'll be told to call.
