Visual Image — Local services in New York

Used visual image for my wedding and I regret it - I do not recommend this company. There was nothing extraordinary about the photos, very standard and even some strange ones. I was hoping for some creative images, something special. Our lead photographer Alex snapped at my husband and I multiple times throughout our wedding day (even told us to stop talking to each other) & made uncomfortable comments about us being shomer negiah. There were also very few shots taken of me and my husband & the ones we got were very standard/rigid.

You dream about your weddding photos and mine are not what I was hoping for and its upsetting.

Our experience in using the visual image for all our simcha's was parallel to none! We knew when each of our children became engaged, that the first person to call was Neil ! He is a person of impeccable character and possesses .a wonderful demeanor and he puts you at ease immediately . It was one less thing to worry about in planning the simcha. There are always so many pictures to choose from and so many special effects are used to get the best possible results. The professional staff of Visual Images saved the day! There was unusual traffic the day of our daughter's wedding and the siblings with their families ended up coming very late. The photographers were amazing. They kept track of each family that hadn't had a turn yet. They kept us all calm and ready as the last family finally came in.
