I purchased a car here last December 2017 on a snowy day. I met Andy spoke to him briefly about me situation and experience at other dealership I was dealing with that week Andy told me not to worry he will take care of me I said to myself heard this before but then we talked some more and the vibe I got from him and our conversation I then felt like he will take care of me and I trusted him 100% I didn’t feel like he was going to sell me a car just to get a sale I felt like he wasn’t going to try and get over on me. I came back the following day and checked out few of his bmws and they were pretty nice and carfax was extra clean so I felt really comfortable purchasing also offered me Extended warranty. He kept me at a Payment I wanted to stay close to matter fact he got me a payment less then what I was willing to pay where as the other dealers were telling me outrageous payments. Andy treats you like family so he’s definitely out to help you not get over on you. He works with any and everybody he will get you in a car you like and if you have a particular car in mind he will work on it to get it for you when he purchasing more vehicles...

Back on March 2021 I went to Dash Auto to buy a 2011 Jeep Liberty, I ask several times if there were anything wrong with the car and Jim the owner say in his words that this car is a BEAR, after 5 months with this BEAR I already spent around $5,000.00 in repairs: Replaced tail gate, it fail off the car after 2 weeks driving, they put so much bondo that it cracked and fail, replaced muffler, TPMS at all for tires, paint job at hood and underneath the doors, was rusted and they paint over to hide, radio antenna was missing as the Jeep name plate from the hood, no floor mats or trunk liner, after all this problems today after a short drive I noticed that the radiator hose was leaking and when I check the hose it was wrapped in duct tape, the car was listed for $9,000.00, I put $2,000.00 down and my payoff quote is $8,000.00 + all the money that I put it in repairs, it was the worst experience ever, this place it’s a scan, stay away, that’s my advice, I just wish someone have said that to me before...

I wanted to say that I really appreciated you working with me. We went in to view a few vehicles for a friend that he saw on their website and we did not feel an overwhelming pressure to buy right away. We were treated wonderfully. All questions were answered and we were given all the information we needed to think over our decision. We ended in buying a Toyota Camry for really a great price. Car was clean and ready for us to pick up on the agreed date/time that we asked for. We had great dealings with Mr. Dholakia who went over everything with us and took the time to explain financing options and paperwork. The service I received was friendly - from you and everyone in the office. It was the best car buying experience we've had in buying and the price was the best we could find. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good used vehicle. There's no pressure and you're treated very well by everyone....
