Dollar Tree — Local services in Belleville

The store manager Mike needs to do additional customer service training or be let go. Me and a couple customers came in wanting graduation balloons. The very nice cashier Ebony was running back and forth blowing up balloons, ringing customers out, and doing returns. She paged the SM Mike for additional assistance. He went over to the balloon area and was slamming down boxes and berating his employee in front of customers for the balloon area looking "a mess". The area was a mess before she even started blowing up the balloons. He was nasty and the employee handled his aggressive behavior with grace.

There was a balloon on the ceiling that another customer wanted and he refused to get it. Saying its a "display". Ebony got on a ladder with a piece of tape and broom and got the balloon with no problem. Mike the SM refused to blow up any balloons or help out at the register with 8 people waiting. Me and the other customers could not believe his demeanor. He was mumbling to himself and walked to the back. This is ridiculous. If retail stores want to stay in business, everyone from the bottom to the top needs to at least pretend they care about customer service. Mike the store manager at Belleville...

Omg went Today.. How there were only 2 cashiers. The line was long. So I went through every row. Y was the Shelves almost empty.. Or shelves had the items in a box on the shelves smh Their only concern in the store is things that cost more then $1.25.. I had something that didn't have a sticker and let me tell you. He was about to leave the register to go get the price lol but my daughter just went to get another one.. The things that you pay more then $1.25 are put well on the shelves but everything else is Thrown it's Sad

When I started going to this dollar tree a year ago, this store was well organized and clean. A month ago I am visiting thecstore twice a week because a have to take the bus in that area. In the back of the store there is tremendous mess of merchandise at first I was thinking maybe are the customer doing all this mess but I realized that every week in the same place is still lying down the same merchandise on the floor and has been going on for several weeks. I do not know if this has been due to a manager change or because they employees are to lazy organize the store. I didn't saw any employees working at the floor just one or two cashier take care of...
