NEVER ORDER WITH UBER EATS!!! I placed an order online for two orders of chicken wings and fried rice, after 10 minutes I noticed a surcharge of $5 added on by the store. I called to inquire and the worker said I didn't pay for my second rice but in fact I did and she didn't know how to read the order. After she talked to her management and realizing her mistake she just apologized and just hung up the phone. However, she never removed the surcharge so I got charged twice for one order of rice. I just feel like the store had no right to charge my card any amount they felt after I paid the agreed amount and should've made the effort to give me back my money no matter the amount. I didn't like there Food @ all. I got food from them for my wife and i we had to throw it in the Garage. I did spend or throw out down the drain $35.Dollars. For there OILY loaded on our food and tasteless to eat for dinner. Sad about this first time buying from them. Stay away from them.They wouldn't being see me again. They used to be good. I don’t know what happened. I ordered from them today for the second time this month. The fried rice always taste uncooked. It has a hard texture to it.
