For 3 years, I have dropped off my clothing on and off with spectacular review. That all changed this past week. On my last wash, 20 pieces of clothing were destroyed with bleach. In these clothing 2 of the pieces were brand new first time washed. The day after I picked up my wash I called them and advised them of the situation. I was told to bring it in. Unfortunately because of my work I was unable to bring in until Monday November 23 which they agreed to. I was also advised not to bring all items. I brought 5 items that best described the damage. I was told I was going to receive a call back. On the call back, manager Jennifer stated that the clothing was not damaged there and that the person who did the clothing did not use bleach. She stated that for the inconvenience she was going to give us 2 free wash. I would have taken the offer if during our conversation she did not hang up on me. She stated she had a business to run was very busy and had things to do without me accepting the offer. After the amount of time and investment that I made to this establishment, that is not how to treat a customer. I called back and was hung up again. I called a third time in which another employee picked up the phone. I requested the owners information. The information was denied and I was told he was on vacation. I advised that I will contact the better business bureau and get the information. I was hung up again. On the final call, Jennifer picked up again and immediately stated you can pick up your clothes, or take the wash, I am not going back and forth with you about this, I am very busy. Dear Jennifer, I am busy as well. Wash and fold services are a convenience to busy people. I understand you have a business to run. Businesses run on respect, acknowledgement and quality service. The owner of this establishment would not be proud of their manager and the way this manager speak to polite customers because one thing is clear. Someone stole my clothes out of the washer machine. :( I filed a police report but I'm sure the detectives do not have me on the "to do list" right now. Called the owner, and was told she was unavailable. When asked when she will be available, I got the "there is no set time she will be in". Needless to say, I can't even get a call back and I've been going there for years. I spend a lot of money there. I want to review the cameras during the time I was there to see who took my clothes. Very disappointing. Going to do another load to spend the rest of the $ on my card and be done with them. Also, the machines have very low water and the couches are very dirty. Read moreIt was my fist time there and they were having problems with the washers and dryers where the computer system for them wasn't working so most of the machines weren't working for a while but they got them to work finally. The only other thing I didn't like is all the big washers only let you wash with any water except for hot. I guess they don't want to pay the water bill for hot water so they only have hot water on some machines which isn't fair if I'm paying for my clothes to wash and I like to use hot water. After the machines started working everything else was good. The dryers are really good and dry the clothes fast.
