Kohl's — Local services in Newark

Finding all of what I went there to obtain..all my house hold decor my must needed dressy style clothing for my new job..right there and very conveniently located. Customer service was amazing..we were greeted upon entering ..very nice..not to grab ya up talk your ear off or million questions from that greeter..Def a plus..upon chk out..our cashier was kind polite and did not by means mumble as she spoke..in fact she made very much sure in the eye contact as ya speak rule that I think every type of cashier retail worker just all of the different kinds of folks out in the business world..making it priority within yourself to make eye contact with your customers when giving them a total asking foe coupons or points cards even..and when getting paid..with cash of course..those cashiers are instructed to double chk or recount the money right there..in front and clearly spoken to customer..make sure they are aware of your re count ..are they then satisfied with what they handed ya..or did the change with their total maybe be of perking up n digging in their purses or in their pockets..give ppl that ability..to possibly simplify what they think they may be doing ..ok long story short..that particular kohls..located off Deyo drive here in Newark..on up north 21st ..I have to admit..I have never..not once n not at all...felt mistreated misunderstood or ignored and rudely treated..never..cleanliness..I say from first glance as ya enter..very clean ..floor swept glass on display cases clean I mean I used their rest room that particular evening and I'm here to tell ya..that place for just being a stores rest room..that area was very tidy..trash wasn't over flowing toilet seat was clean..the toilet seat covers there on the wall..button did work..sheet of liner, came directly out..no half a paper problems..all good the toilet paper..restocked looked like maybe recently..I do know 5he one lady that was back there..I am currently in a wheelchair ..that woman with being too darn nice and not once did she look at me in any weird or awkward manner..that lady opened and held it open as I safely entered..made me very comfortable..I'm usually not at the moment so I rarely even go out like that..there's honestly just so so much that I could easily run through..describe how it came to me right away at how clean it was organized ..you know..all the run down..but this is mega long already..properly too detailed wayy overload to the description of the store and all that..I'll admit it..but long as this may be..I just really hope what I typed up..all this description that tells any1 who is even close to reading all of this..thank you for your interest..I hope that you also..just as I did..enjoy a day or night in kohls..here off north 21st..on Deyo Drive..happy...

I decided had been years since I was in there the store has changed and I was so glad I walked in there and started looking because I found clothes that I could not find anywhere else I've lost some much weight with stress I found everything I needed and it was extra extra small I couldn't believe it prices great couldn't ask for anything better great store thanks again everybody very polite do anything in the world for you they'll stop what they're doing Believe in help you look for the size you're looking for great job girls you work hard trust me I seen what it was like in there very busy 👍😀 I will be back trust me I'm leaving to go back home here shortly back home Miss Canada after being 20 years in the States it's not going to be the same anymore I lost my husband I lost all the weight and giving up my job and everything nothing left in the United States for me I love it here and I love your store and I saw the sizes of your clothes to fit me I was so happy thank you I appreciate everything you've got in the store and then I came back last week spent another 200 and some odd...

On of my favorites, for local department stores, its not too busy and there's always something to find. Also great place to find some super nice deals in clearance but very nice quality clothes, highly recommend Sonoma, Chaps, and Croft & Barrow for good women's (and mens) sizing options. They have high end stuff peppered in too, nine west and vera wang. Shoes, clothes and a very nice home goods section. Its not so big you get lost either. Perfect size. Huge plus is Amazon return center! To the left back end of the store :)

Update: Still one of the best shopping experiences I ever have with regularity, it would be nice if the store could be up kept a little more but its understandable still staff shortage! Still clean and wonderfully helpful and friend people...
