I dropped off a small hydraulic tabletop cylinder for repair. The type of cylinder that is on a harbor freight hydraulic table. The cylinder needed to be rebuilt. I had already taken the cylinder apart and diagnosed that it required new seals. I could not get the seals hence my reason for dropping the cylinder off.
