I wish google had negative stars, because 1 is way too much for the service I received today.This morning on May 9th I decided to have bagels and I could have gone anywhere else, but decided to patronize a place in my own neighborhood I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and a few other items, I noticed how much cream cheese the individual put on my bagel and when I asked at the time of sale how much the bagel was with cream cheese, because it didn't seem comparable to what he gave me, the gentleman became rude agitated and told me if I wanted my money back I could have it, that was not my intention, it was only to ask how much the bagel was and I re-thought and decided to take my money back when I did he threw my money back at me and cursed at me with expletives and told me that never come back to his store again. In this time that we find ourselves in I could spend my money anywhere but I decided to patronize something in my own neighborhood. I recommend that you should seek out other places to purchase bagels, because the service here today was inexcusable I don't care how agitated how annoyed people are, you don't treat customers that way. I am in health care and I of all people could be agitated and arrogant and annoyed, but I'm not. I was completely appalled by the Service of Simply Bagel and I will tell friends and family never to patronize this...

We placed a large, important order for a community event: 50 bagels with individual spreads, coffee, and muffins. Not only did it arrive 40 minutes late, but it was missing all the spreads, which then took an additional 20-30 minutes to arrive. The delay completely disrupted the timing of our event, caused unnecessary stress for our team and guests, and made us look disorganized, all because they couldn’t deliver what was promised.
What made this worse was how it was handled. No apology, no clear communication, just defensiveness. We were even told we had called “too many times” when we were just trying to ensure things went smoothly. On top of it all, the milk provided with the order was expired. See photo attached!!
We reached out directly to give them a chance to make it right, requesting a refund or a replacement order. They refused to take responsibility and offered no meaningful resolution.
Bottom line: If you’re planning an event or ordering for a group, do not trust this place. They will not deliver on their promises, and if something goes wrong, they will not own up to it. Save yourself the stress!!!...

I'm sure thee entire lot will eventually be sold. Anyway, it's not thee most sanitary spot. If you look close enough, there are bugs flying all around the cabinet that holds the bagels. My 7 year old son immediately brought the bugs to my attention. If you don't look close enough, you may leave with a bag of bagels where the bottoms are burnt. Say it's a cold winter day and the bagels aren't burnt and the bugs aren't sitting on the bagels, then these are some rubbery bagels. This place is like a hood bodega. People go there that really don't care what they put in their mouths. They are just happy with the prices and don't really have many options. I would not recommend. The people that work there are...
