Newark Public Library - Main Branch — Attraction in Newark

I'm giving this library four stars because the librarians are amazing there. I went to the 2nd floor Reference Room and the 3rd Floor room for NJ documents to do research for a school paper, and two librarians went above and beyond to help me. They walked me through the library online databases. Both women even emailed me more information. I didn't expect to receive so much help. I was so grateful.

I would have given the library 5 stars, but I was unhappy with the fact that there were people there who were clearly not there to use the library. That wouldn't have been a problem if they weren't playing music as well as videos, talking on the phone, and making too much noise in the library while I was trying to do my research. Horrible library! Supposed to be here to help the public but they failed me so bad for something so simple and it caused my life to go downhill.
