My experience was different than a lot of other drivers. However when delivering to here do not drive up to the gate or guard house 1st. No, what you do is find somewhere to park 1st and then walk up to check in.

Now you might have to park 2 or 3 blocks away but you can park on the curve in that hood. As a matter of fact you can park all day and all night if you want.

From there they’ll tell you what to do after that. I had a 1AM appointment, checked in at 12:30 AM and then they called my phone a little after 3AM.

Got my door assigned and then drove to the side of the gate where I walked up and then the guard ask what door you got, you tell him and then go back into your dock door you were assigned.

Walk your bills back up to the gray door and then get your lumper fee. Pay your lumper as soon as you can so they can start unloading you.

I was empty by 6AM. They bring out your bills to you and don’t forget to unhook your red airline before they start unloading you. I forgot to mention that earlier. All set.

Yeah, steer clear unless you show up ready to sleep it off, and can handle "DGAF" attitudes. Showed up at 0030 for an 0100 appointment. Door at 0130, bills at 0600. Guardshack spoke to me like it was an interrogation, Security and Office Personnel both barking orders like I was beneath them. Even watched one of the warehouse workers start to argue with one driver for no reason, worker was a big guy wearing a durag. Putting this place on the "No-Go" List simply for the combination of the aforementioned.

Appointment was at 0700, arrived at 0645. Parked on the street, walked 2 blocks, checked in at guard shack, friendly people (tip: say hello and ask how their day is going, then proceed, goes a long way), they explained what to do amd what to fill out for paperwork. Walked into office , took care of my paperwork and gave me a door. Backed in , paid lumper while waiting to get me moving quickly. Unloaded me and out the gate by 9:45. Great experience!
