KFC — Restaurant in Newcastle

This place was beyond nasty, Employees' uniforms looked as if they haven't been washed. Employees would touch their face, place their finger in the nose and without washing their hands touched the chicken and biscuits. I sat there and watched as they would take chicken out of the pan and place it on the table and cut it up. The same guy that picked his nose and touched all over his face use tongs to pick up cheese, chicken, biscuits, and grabbed other food items as well. While he was standing there he began using the tongs to scratch his legs and drop the tongs on the FLOOR then processed to pick up more chicken and place it in a bucket. The cook in the back used a trash can to place the chicken in the batter. I then witnessed him picking the chicken out of the trash bin and place it in the pan to be severed to customers. The restaurant was fitly with food all over the floor, and some sort of liquid all over the floor. There were seven workers on shift, five that were working and the others sitting around. I STOOD THERE AND WATCHED ALL THIS WITH MY OWN EYES. I made several remarks that this place was disgusting and unsanitary. Workers looked at me and smiled. I contacted the Corporate office, and he did not sound too concerned with this and replied," I will talk to them." and that was the extent of the call. I asked for a refund and they gave me my refund but then shorted me. I have worked in the fast food industry for five years, I come with a background of regional mangers and owners. I understand that places get busy and it could get messy but this was beyond reasonable to have a fast food place this nasty. EXTREMELY UNSAINTARY, UNPROFESSIONAL, FOOD...

Not even a star. It's extremely sad. This area can easily support and was extremely excited to see that a KFC/Taco Bell was coming in. Lines formed around the building and up the highway when they first opened. I have only been there about 5x since they opened at this location. 100% of the time, I've never received what I ordered. I'm not certain if they are truly that limited on their quantities, or if the staff/leadership doesn't want to cook the next batch, but whatever you order, they are out of at least one item. You choose another, and they are out of it, as well. It was to the point that I saw complaint after complaint on a "moms page" and "local" facebook pages and contacted the owners (I believe, out of Kingfisher, OK), leaving messages to let them know. Now, about 8/7/15, they can't keep staff, and everyone walked out. We draw crowds from Chickasha and South traveling to OKC area, many from Moore/SOKC who prefer to shop in Tri-City, as our Wal-Mart is the tops and voted friendliest in the state. I should think surely someone can take this constructively and help make improvements so that they can indeed thrive in the Tri-City area in Newcastle, OK. They would certainly need to market it under new management, once they get the kinks out, so that everyone would give them another opportunity. I want them to succeed, and from what I gather, the community would love it to be a more viable option than it...

Tonight I had the craziest experience ever! We show up at 9:25 to the restaurant that closes at 10pm. The drive through kiosk is turned off, so we pull forward to check and make sure we were correct on the hours of operation. There were people in the kitchen and the sign said closes at 10 so we waited for someone to greet us at the window. After watching the employee try and figure out how to open the window for 5 minutes, we are asked for our order. The girl at the window then yells back to someone in the kitchen to ask if they are serving KFC still, as I see an entire rack of chicken sitting in the warmers. Something is yelled from the kitchen and the girl tells us we can order the food but they have no beans for any Taco Bell items and no drinks because they already shut down and cleaned their fountains. We were there 40 minutes before close and the drink machines were already off? The staff obviously just wanted to go home and gave horrible service. My family tries to give this place chance after chance but they absolutely...
