Good Juju by Ceci — Local services in Newmarket

The shop is cute, with some fun local artist. Many of the item were a bit more expensive then I would have expected. I picked out a few items and proceeded to check out.

The girl behind the register, explained that she did not know how to process my gift card. She suggest that I come back another day.

I explained that this was not possible, as the shop as limited hours that conflict with my work hours. She than stated that she needed to call the owner. The owner did not answer. I was then forced to wait at the shop until the owner called back over 20 minuted later.

This whole experience could have been avoided with staff training. No apology was give for the time I waisted waiting.
