Browns Bagel Shop — Restaurant in Newmarket

Terrible service and rude owners. Yea they have a good selection of bagels, but let’s be real, you’re better off making a bacon, egg, and cheese yourself. The owners are so rude to their employees, it’s almost embarrassing for you as a customer to listen to that irate woman demean her staff in front of customers. Besides all these complaints, it’s tiny and dirty. Save your money and make your own breakfast, trust me. I would give a one star, but I ain’t a snitch.

Edit: if there’s not a shred of truth, how come you can’t keep good employees? Every time I’ve been in there, the woman owner is literally demeaning her staff......

We are serious bagel appraisers. Retired from a suburb near New York, there was no equal to the legendary H&H Bagel. There is now. Brown's in the middle of lovely, little, gentrified Newmarket has done it. You can taste love and pride baked into these memorable winners. The family Brown has concentrated on flavor and fulfilling without having to be everyone else's gi-normous, beautiful, and bland. So glad they've reopened for phone or email order and curbside pickup. Huge variety and all kinds of other love-infused pastries and goodies. Try not to tell EVERYBODY! Don't want them selling out before...

Drove past Brown's in the morning for about a year before I had a chance to stop in, and I haven't dropped a pound since. I'm a self-proclaimed bagel and cream cheese connoisseur. Makes the last 20 minutes of my commute, that much more pleasant. I grab a few baked goods for the office staff every now and again (because, they should not just wave those amazing mini banana bread loaves in my face like that...). Thanks for fueling me through my mornings. Keep up the great work! P.S. one...
