I’ve been here three times and I’ve tried to like it each time, but this was the last time I’ll ever set foot in here.

It’s in the Newport Bluffs so I expected it to be great service and have my nails look great. I have been getting my nails done since I was 15 and I’m very particular about what I want. If I’m going to spend $60+ and sit in a chair for over an hour I want to come out loving what I got.

Today I went and asked on the phone prior to my appointment if they could do builder gel with dip on top. On the phone they told me yes and once I got there the woman I spoke with on the phone was telling me that can’t do it. Instead of asking me, she told me I was going to do gel and I hate the way gel looks on my nails. The application is often sloppy and it lifts on me so I do dip but my nails are weak so that’s why I wanted the builder. I was starting to feel uncomfortable and should’ve just left. The woman, Jessica I believe who did my nails was terrible. She was judging and laughing at me for my broken nail and did a horrible job. She took over an hour to make my nails look incredibly crooked and she made my skin completely raw to the point where I bled. Just look at my thumb nail in the photo. My nail does not look like a toe thumb and that’s what I walked out with.

I was in so much pain I flinched and said that was hurting me and she filed my nails THREE times. My nails are so raw, they hurt so badly and I am so upset with how crappy my experience was with this place. Do not go here. These google reviews...

I recently had the pleasure of getting my nails done at Cosmo Nails, and I must say, they are the best in town! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and professional, making me feel right at home.

Bridget, in particular, stood out to me. She provided exceptional service and took really good care of me throughout my visit. Her attention to detail and skillful technique left me with perfectly manicured nails that I couldn't be happier with. She listened to my preferences and executed them flawlessly.

The overall experience at Cosmo Nails was top-notch. The salon was clean and well-maintained, and the range of nail services they offer is impressive. Whether you're looking for a classic manicure or something more unique and trendy, they have it all.

I highly recommend Cosmo Nails to anyone in search of a fantastic nail salon experience. The combination of their talented staff, excellent service, and inviting ambiance truly sets them apart from the rest. Trust me, you won't be...

I wanted to share my recent experience, which was unfortunately quite frustrating. I came in for a gel manicure and gel pedicure and was charged $171. At no point did either technician mention that adding gel would significantly increase the price. While I understand that gel services typically come with an added cost, the total felt excessive — especially considering I didn’t receive any acrylics, designs, or extras. When I brought up the pricing at checkout, the person ringing me up simply said, ā€œNext time you should ask,ā€ which I found unhelpful and dismissive.

On top of that, the quality of the manicure was disappointing. The gel polish was uneven with visible blotches, and during the pedicure, the technician actually cut my toe, which has been painful.

I’ve never had such a poor experience, nor have I ever paid nearly $200 for a basic gel service. I hope this feedback helps improve transparency and service quality...
