This place was one of my favorite places but today it turned to be my nightmare. I ordered Chicken Katsu over rice with over-hard eggs. While I got the food, I was cutting the eggs and saw something was moving underneath that. It was a cockroach, as twice the size of my thumbnail, moving out from the Katsu sauce. Read moreFirst time trying our Stacks pancake house. We weren't too hungry, so hubby and I decided to share a meat lovers omelette with spinach added and our side upgraded to Ube pancakes, which came with 2 pancakes. I also ordered a Hot Hawaiian Latte to try. Everything was delicious. We came about 8:00 am on a Saturday, and there were a good number of people already. A good amount of seating inside, but plenty of seating outside. You order at the counter, and then they bring your food out to you. Service was excellent, efficient, and food came out fairly quickly. My Hawaiian latte had to go back for a new one as my cup was filthy dirty! They were quick to replace it with a fresh one in a clean cup! I loved my Ube pancakes as it was just the right sweetness. The texture of the pancakes was similar to mochi pancakes so it made it even more yummy! You definitely want to try this place if you are...
