I really can not say enough about Neil and my experience with Golden Rule. It was a difficult decision to sell my Grandmothers diamond bracelet, but due to unforeseen issues this year I was left with no choice. I’m new to the area and looked up local buyers. Let me preface this by saying that I have tried many places throughout OC and Bay Area to sell an engagement ring. I quickly learned that jewelers and appraisers can be very much shady people and can make you lose faith in humanity.

However, that cannot be said of Neil. Neil is prompt, professional, and personable. There is no funny business with Neil. There is no "this ring is very dirty let me go into a different room to clean it". (Pro tip if you're trying to sell anything: DO NOT LET IT LEAVE YOUR SIGHT) To say that Neil is just fair is an understatement.
