The posiitives are this is a cute spa and the people are friendly. However, as someone who's had a lot of facials this is probably the worst i've had. Technique was not great (for instance dropping water in my eye and not blotting it), and I don't think the products were the best. As i was getting a back facial I noticed that not only did they not close the door to the treatment room, but the door to the hallway was also open. While they have a phone they don't answer it. Called to get info such as me being able to come in early and use the infrared sauna, but could not get a return phone call. The snack tray they gave was delicious, and the best part of the experience. While the price was reasonable I wouldn't go back. WAS SHOCKED to receive the comments below from the business. For the record, I could have said a lot more about the spa but chose not to. I wrote two reviews. I was never asked by anyone to give direct feedback, and I also never asked for a refund. In fact I gave a generous tip. Perhaps the business should learn from the comments as opposed to attacking customers You are NOT a TripAdvisor or viator customer..it was bad enough that you already wrote on various platforms and not even giving the business owner direct feedback..now trying to ruin a small business. Read moreFor the money I expected more: 1st of all they have a phone number on the website saying to call it for any questions you may have however know one actually answers it. So it was very difficult for me to get in touch with anyone, which I found to be a bit discouraging as well as annoying, since I had to purchase the tickets before speaking to anyone. Next the lady told us we were only supposed to have one mimosa's even tho on the website it said we would have more than one, not only that but I pay for the more expensive package for a reason. I wanted better service with more options and I saw on other packages that it was only a two drink minimum. So if it was only a two drink minimum for a cheaper package I could've just booked a cheaper package especially since we weren't even able to get a full body massage 🤷🏾♀️ for $300 bucks I feel like that only makes since... A few Mimosa's an a full body massages for less than two hours would have been even better if you ask me. An honestly what kind of service provider tells the customer that Groupon takes most of the money for the services that they provide 🤦🏾♀️ That's extremely unprofessional, that's also not my problem I paid my money for a service that I didn't even love wether I was late to arrive or not an I paid the gratuity and didn't think twice about it. However that's why I felt it was only worth two stars. It could have been so much better... Had they consider the customer...

I found this spa while researching online for a good place to celebrate my daughter's 15th birthday and was so bummed to see that they were closed on Mondays, which was my daughter's actual birth date and the day I wanted to surprise her with a trip to the spa. Anyway, I reached out anyway and was shocked when the owner of the spa, VanDe, reached out to me shortly after and said that she was able to make special arrangements to accommodate my daughter's birthday and would open just for us. That's just where the story begins.
The entire experience was absolutely amazing from start to finish. VanDe worked with me beforehand to find the best package for our needs and I never felt like she was trying to upcharge or sell me more services than I needed. We got the fluffy robe and slipper treatment, our own private room with snacks and beverages, and made some mother/daughter memories to last a lifetime. VanDe worked on my daughter's needs as I was taken care of by Cheryl.
Would 10/10 recommend this spa and will absolutely go again. Thanks again, VanDe for making our day...
