Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Newton Falls

Good food, very friendly and helpful service and crew. Very clean in the dining room as well as what you can see in the kitchen. While the food isn't FANTASTIC by any stretch, it IS very good and tasty for a fast food joint. But, who DOESN'T just LOVE their ice cream, Sundaes, Blizzards, etc.?!?! SIMPLY TO DIE FOR!! Also, one other thing I'd like to comment on is just how very well staffed they are. It often looks as if half of Cardinal High School is employed here! That translates to very good, fast, and (normally but no way always) accurate orders. But, EVERYBODY makes mistakes and the occasional error is nothing to be terribly upset about unless it becomes a frequent pattern of inattention to detail, negligence, or recklessness and not giving a crap...at which time it does become a problem...thankfully, I haven't had that problem here, unlike the place a few hundred feet down the road and across...

I visited Dairy Queen in Newton Falls. Have Been going to Dairy Queens for 30 years.... I found out Wednesday 3/29/2023...that the Newton Falls DQ does not know how to mix Root beer and Ice cream together.... Was told they were unable to do this by the manager. Anyone else having experiences like that ???? I tried going back to your Newton falls location...4,/22 Still after weeks of trying still not able to mix root beer and ice cream 🙃..going to Jackson or Lordstown for my future orders..oh by the way good luck with your future thing you should have stayed down the road WHERE YOU ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT PEOPLE, LOL MAKE YOUR MONEY WHILE YOU CAN. WHAT I KNOW YOU TAKE PEOPLES MONEY, BUT YOU DONE REALLY ACCURATELY CARE...MAKE EXCUSES SEEMS THAT WHAT YOU GOOD AT, GOOD LUCK WITH THAT GREED, AND EXCUSES. MY EXPERIENCE....oh buy the way I have seen you don't take reviews anymore..lol...

Went to the new location hoping it had been changed for the better and was severely disappointed that is no better than what it was. Still has terrible service and no one knows how to make anything. I went there asking for a royal blizzard and they told me that they were unable to make it and that they wouldn't be able to accept the coupons that Dairy Queen had sent me. New great look same trash service. Jan 18, 2025 Went there again asked for a royal reese's brownie blizzard, they gave me a fluff, I do not like Marshmallows, they remain consistently disappointing this is like the 9th time I have no idea why I keep trying to get any compitance from this place....
