What a great spot to find a new read or some great gifts. Or BOTH!

Salt & Story is a beautiful, relaxing shop tucked back just off the highway in Niceville with an obviously carefully curated selection of books that are artfully but logically arranged with a couple of spaces to plop down and really take some time to go through your choices before you buy. They carry a beautiful selection of gifts for any occasion, too.

One of my favorite things about this shop is the focus on supporting other locals—artisans, authors, and groups—which can be seen on the shelves, in their gift selection, and in their variety of military themed items.

This is the cutest little bookstore I've been to in a long time. The whole atmosphere is super calming and there's a great selection of books and cute gifts. They even have a cute little coffee area and some indoor and outdoor seating. They had a whole section of blind dates with a book that come with themed stickers and are wrapped so cute! I had to get a couple of them. Their store brand tote bags are also so cute! They have the popular fantasy series and even a used book section. I'm so glad this place is here and I'm excited to start coming on a regular basis. They even had little posters up for different book...

An enchanting book lover's escape in Niceville, FL. Everything from the exterior door to the shelving units are designed by a genius with warm and cozy in mind. The book selection has obviously been thoughtfully curated and you can truly feel the heart and passion Salt & Story are sharing with their customers. Had my children not been with me when I visited, I'd have stayed for hours to enjoy the atmosphere. So thankful this shop found it's home in Niceville! Can't wait to stop...
