The staff and doctor were professional and sweet during my visit. However, communication with the doctor outside of the visit was difficult. I called to change the brand of contacts because the new brand the doctor recommended was drying my eyes out. I called to see if I needed a new prescription to switch brands, and the doctor went around in circles and said they would get back to me in two weeks to get me a sample for a new brand. Then I tried to order contacts myself using 1800 contacts. They needed the base curve of my eye and tried contacting my doctor to get that information. No one answered them. I called and left a message myself and 3 weeks later still...
