Daylight Donuts — Restaurant in Nicholasville

$45 dollars wasted. We got super excited when we went to try this place because based on pictures it looked exactly like our hole in the wall place in Louisville. Everything was disappointing. Doughnuts tasted old and stale, the breakfast sandwiches tasted awful and when we asked for a dozen doughnuts, the guy tried to give us all the same ones in the corner. My husband had to ask him like “ hey…..there’s a whole other side over here, they don’t have to be all the same…” the guy wasn’t too happy to comply with this, like they were trying to pawn off all their un/lesser sold doughnuts on us. No idea how this place has so many good reviews unless they lost the staff that actually knew what they were doing and made the...

Excellent Donuts and Boba Drinks. I have so far enjoyed the donut holes, old fashioned, and the fluffy type with chocolate frosting. Exactly what American donuts should taste like. 👍🏻 There is a wide selection of bubble tea drinks too, which I'm pretty sure can all be blended. Their tapioca pearls tasted fresh, not hard. I asked and they cook them up daily. 👍🏻 It's lucky that Frankfurt has a local shop like this.

Get donuts here often but the last 2 times orders been wrong. 1st time my long johns were not correct! I got 4 chocolate custard long johns and maple custard! Got home and i had 2 custard filled and 2 cream both maple were cream. 2nd time this weekend 11 1. got 6 custard 2 maple custard. Got home and they were all cream filled! Not sure if the young guys filling orders know the difference. Its disappointing when your wanting custard but get cream! Will go to the other end of nicholasville...
