Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Nixa

So there was a order mess up . So . I did call in to the nixa popeyes . Which what happened was simply was a big mess up . Friends order was a big mess up . And which after was confirmed the lady that spoke to the customer on the order from sources the main manager quit. So . I called to help out by picking the order up . And spoke with a manager named Charles which in the phone conversation trying to explain what had happen he was very rude and which . I can see why they moved him from a other popeyes how the business has gone down a lot . So basically make sure your order is correct because if you speak with Charles he will argue with you . I can see the popeyes in Springfield doing that but the nixa , Republic, and ozark are not a part of the Springfield popeyes..I can remember when there's a issue always speak nice to a manager and 9 out of 10 they would fix the issue. But not the manager Charles. I do reviews and . I only speak the truth and honest in my experience. Yes the food is delicious long as you can get what you ordered. But please try it yourself. I'm sure they could use the business. Also . Maybe they should regroup on moving a manager from a other popeyes that should listen to a customer in what went on .and not argue and talk down to customers . In my experience with this manager still wants to argue even when that person did see it happened many times before. Thinking that maybe the owners might have a discussion about in not to argue with customers. Maybe that might be the issue in why literally no more then 10 cars if that has been doing there business there . A few weeks back always packed and now . Just can only say that could be the issue. But again not trying to be rude or have a negative light . But should try to figure out maybe what happened and fix the issues. If I'm being so deadass right now this place is cool, love the food, but just got robbed twice 😭😭. I ordered a chicken sandwich last night for my sister, they unfortunately forgot it. Happens, I get that. Today though they were really slow and I went back and asked if I could get the sandwich + lunch for myself, bringing my receipt from the night before so they could see. They were not the friendliest but kind enough to do that for me, and I appreciate that. However as they gave me the food, the sandwich was there but the wings were not. This was 15 dollars man (+30 from the meal the night before that was supposed to be for me and my sister) and my lunch :/ the food is really good, but I just don't have the money to be dropping a special lunch on myself for the most expensive part not to be in there. I don't want to ask for a redo as I just did that, and he was pretty snippy and i have tragic anxiety. People have bad days, that's fine, but I've worked customer service. It's not their fault when I mess up, and when they ask for a redo or refund kindly, I work extra closely to make sure they actually get it right this time. I don’t eat a lot of fast food anymore, but bringing the Mrs. home from the hospital today I needed some food desperately. I went to Popeyes In Nixa and just sat in the drive-through looking over the menu. Of the speaker I was informed to pull through that they had some coupons that I could use. They were super nice to offer that and informed me that there’s a timer On the drive-through so they would appreciate me picking something out before I go through would help them. I ended spending about 40 bucks in food with a large assortment and got quite a bit of food for the price thanks to the coupon. Popeyes almost lost and incredible employee, he was extremely cordial to the point and helpful so much through the entire process. I am writing this review when I don’t write reviews. The reason I said they almost lost him is because I’m tempted to hire away to handle customer service for my firm. I usually get KFC, but when I got it about six months ago, it was so greasy that I never wanted to eat there again so I was weary of eating Popeyes. I will never worry again because the food was good as well, it just couldn’t compete with the service...
