Learn moreI order online thru the Little Ceasars app, and pickup through the drive thru. Tonight I had an item missing, and didn't realize this until I got home. I called and was told that since it wasn't ordered for delivery through doordash there was nothing that could be done unless I wanted to come back and pick up the missing item, that they couldn't refund the item through their own website. Typically, I have had very few issues with Little Ceasars but this upset me- no it's not about the few dollars lost, it's 100% about the lack of customer service. When I got there to pick it up, the lady told me that she didn’t have an order for me that it must be at a different location. When we looked at the receipt, somehow the time got changed to the next day. I asked for something to be done an she gave me a main number that no one will answer or return my calls. Read moreGot home with our pizza and I noticed something in the 2nd slice of pizza I was eating, pulled on it and it was paper. I looked at the rest of the pizza and it was in all of it so obviously we had eaten some already. It looks like parchment paper or cheese paper it's actually baked in to it in between the dough and the cheese. I calked to tell someone and the phones aren't working, I get a message saying mail box is full.
