Norco College Bookstore — Local services in Norco

The bookstore was stocked well. They and a good selection of school merch available and the books were in ample supply. The line was short when I went in the evening during the first week of spring semester. The associates were very helpful, they answered all my questions fully. It was a comfortable, laid back atmosphere, not hectic or pushy. I wanted used books, but found out if they say on the website that they have used it applies to ordering online, not in the store because the books can shop from any of their other locations. That's ok, of you shop ahead and plan time for the book to arrive. The books are normal prices, expensive college books, but they have an easy book rental, and explained...

I went in today to return a sealed book back since I had a copy and the manager of the shops excuse for not being able to accept my return was due to a week of class being in session and the only way accept my return....I had to drop out of the class. To me it's sad and disappointing to see how much each student struggles, and yet they have the audacity to not accept the item you bought back even though it is still in its sealed plastic container. So yeah, I would think before making any future purchases with...

Helpful staff. Equipped with helpful products that you did not imagine you could find there, like Band-Aids. Better to rent the books if you can't find them cheaper anywhere else. Products with the Norco logo could be better...
