I recently visited and had a chat with the owner Angel and she moved everything over and letting me know that moving forward there’s open communication to who and what I need for my service. I really appreciate this conversation since as a business owner the point is to ensure that your repeat customers stay happy and satisfied so I am glad to update my review and once again, Miss Holly as the pedicures is amazing she always does such a clean and thorough job Angel and Helen are great main stays at infinity nail creations with amazing customer service

I walked in today (12/26/2024) and asked for a pedicure and fill in. I got my normal lady for my feet and Wendy for my fill in. My pedicure was great as usual. However my experience with Wendy was horrendous. I have never had a good or pleasant experience with her. Every time she rushes me and simplifies my designs to what she can handles and gives an attitude because your design is “too much”. TODAY i showed her a tortoise shell design, and that was it. I showed her 3 times prior to her starting the design. She then proceeded to paint my nails black! When i explained that it was tortoise shell AGAIN she said “I know “ and proceeded to do a second coat of black gel nail polish. I then proceeded to show her the design AGAIN…. She finally paid attention and said “oh” snatched the uv lamp from under my hands and phone and proceeded to poorly drill the black off my nails. She then proceeded to try to “find” the colors and then gave up and painted my nails cotton candy. Once again she rushed there is still black paint all over my nails and hands. Apparently if you want a newer design or actual human decency you’ll have to just get a pedicure or...

I got there 6:20 on Tuesday for a deluxe pedicure two acrylics toes replaced. Everybody that came in after me was gone by the time I got done. The lady rushed and wouldn’t even let my nails dry all the way. She didn’t scrub my feet at all and half assed massaged my legs. I rushed out the door meanwhile messing up a toe in the process while trying to put my slides that I always wear to get my feet done. She fixed that one and told me to go they are closed immediately after. I walked to the nearby market and noticed that one toe wasn’t the only toe not dry and I had several that were messed up. Meanwhile I paid $65 for this crap and I am not pleased. Mind you between me trying to tell her don’t load my toes down(like the last lady)with acrylic she didn’t even want to cut my ingrown nails out…the lady offered if I come back she will cut them at this point I seriously doubt I will be coming back to this establishment again. Then the other lady rushed me to pay before she had even polished my nails. No, I am not just finding something to complain about this is all something I have never experienced here but I won’t be back. Now I have to go home and try and scrub my feet the way they should’ve been...

the shop was decent . nobody was very welcoming except the lady at the very front desk. not much conversation was held which i didn’t mind but i wasn’t used to the techs not simply introducing themselves .. nonetheless , it hasn’t been a week & my nails are lifting , toe nail polish (gel) completely came off. very disappointed considering i came here as a kid/teen & never had this issue. i hadn’t been here in awhile but decided to try because it was mother’s day & i was in the area & rather far from where i usually go. I paid $165 which I don’t feel was worth it considering the techs were struggling with what I was asking for , but I however did not complain because the end result was nice. I am a stay at home mom so i don’t do any heavy lifting or extreme activities my nails last up to a month & my toe nail polish has never completely came off. I won’t be returning here. I have photos of what i asked for vs what i received , as well as dated photos of my nails lifting/polish gone within less than a week time span. For $165 quality matters just as much as the final look. However , Good luck to their techs & this shop...
