I have been on the hunt for great Pakistani food for a while. I guess facebook tracked that off my non facebook searches and put up an offer for Sabri on my page. Usually I ignore any and all adverts, but in this case I decided to give it a shot one day after work. I saw the reviews mention bad management attitude, but hey I was getting takeout so I didn't expect to have to deal with too much of it. Despite the location being in a different direction from my regular commute, I decide to give it a try, hoping to find a new favorite hole in the wall place. Now the day before leaving work I open the facebook messenger and due to facebook's bots being slow accidentally double clicked the offer which I did not know meant that the offer was cancelled. I received a message saying so, so I decided to see if Sabri's social media team would excuse the mistake and honor the offer. I did not hear from them right away and was about to just go home and get uber eats. When I was in the parking lot I got a reply back pretty much lecturing me over the use of the offer but asking me to go to the store anyway and show the conversation between me and the fb page and the restaurant would entertain the offer.

Keep in mind this coupon is just a picture (not a barcode or anything of the sort). So I decide to make the drive to their restaurant... in the rain, with traffic on the way to Norcross. On the way due to whatever reason, I even got into an accident where my car was rear ended on a road I wouldn't have driven on if it wasn't for Sabri's invite. After an hour of waiting to deal with the accident fallout, I get to Sabri... its located by the gas station. In my head I am looking at the solver lining... Potential new Pakistani food place. I notice their hours and that's a good sign: They are open late... So if this works out I can come here often.

I get in, I ask for a couple Pakistani dishes off the menu (I wanted to be a patron who wasn't just there for the cheap eats but also supporting their other dishes) and the dish that was part of the offer. I present the facebook conversation to the cashier who refuses and calls the manager. The manager refuses to honor the coupon contrary to what the message from their social media page said. He argued the coupon was used in the past, I mentioned the timestamps on the messages prove it was not possible. I get yelled at despite keeping a polite tone. I step aside and message the fb messenger page again saying they were not following with what was promised. The message back was that the person who asked me to go to the store would call the manager and explain, so give them a few minutes. 10 minutes later I get a message saying the manager said no. So i say ** it, I went through all this I might as well get something, so I get a Kadhai Chicken and bread (Roti/Naan). I stood through the grumpy stares. The place itself seemed to have a very hole in wall look. There was a little store in the corner of the restaurant. I called the insurance company of the other driver while I wait for my food to avoid the awkwardness. In the back I can hear the manager ask the cashier a few times if I paid. And how much I had paid. I picked my food and left. I messaged the facebook page of the restaurant saying I really wish he had not put me through this visit given that it was one where they did not keep their word and this detour cost me a lot in time (traffic in norcross, accident) and money (accident). I got more grief from the social media presence. Saying It was my fault and they had no involvement in me coming down there.

Now for the food - Even without drama it would have been disappointing. The chicken tasted stale and had stringy/fibrous texture. There was too much flavor but not in a good way. It was just not good. I have eaten Pakistani food in several places in USA and outside of it. This was not anything like the Kadhai Chicken I know and love. Zyka is...

Sabri kabob is a halal place located in Norcross. Lets start off with the good things. The food was ok and had well acommpanied prices. We had khadai ghost, beef nihari, veg and chicken samosa, chicken65 and naan. We initially came because one of our members in the party tried the khadai and had to come back for some more so we ordered that. They also gave us a deal with a nehari where if u buy one u get another for about half off. The khadai ghost was the best thing we got so I highly recommend that dish. The naan was also really good and u can tell they made them fresh. The nehari was good but it was lacking in some salt but thankfully they had table salt. The place itself wasn't packed and had ample amount of seating. The place seemed clean and tidy and the employees at the establishment were quite friendly. The thing is that we can tell that the appetizers weren't freshly made and were promptly asked to reheat. They immediately took it back but returned when we were close to done eating. That was about 30-35mins in of us eating. When we did get it, it was lacking in flavor and just wasn't worth it. They were pretty low on staff so that maybe the reason for the huge delay. There is a 10% gratuity so if u want better quality food around the same price just scoot ur way to Zyka or Luqma. Ik we should have tried the kabobs and will come back to see how they are and if they are not good enough then the aforementioned restaurants will be the places we return to. Give it a go and try the khadai ghost and naan if I...

I love the food and the uncle with the glasses is the person to go to if you need anything because he actually listens the young hispanic lady at the front counter is super rude she doesn't listen to what you need and will actually argue with you and that really killed it for me the food and the service used to be amazing here now the quality of the food not so great I always have to send my naan back for them to put butter all over the naan because they just put a little bit in the center of it and the rest of it is just super dry and the service has declined because of the young hispanic lady being at the front of the restaurant you have to order through her which is never a good experience the one star is for the uncle with the glasses and the food because these are the only two things that make it worth the visit everything else has gone downhill I've been coming to this restaurant for years and it makes me sad having to write this not so great review and the biryani special is pretty much 2 biryani's equal to one order of biryani don't get the special it's a rip off just get one at the regular price you'll get more in one container for the regular price and lately they have been very stingy with the chutney they never give you how many you ask for especially the hispanic lady will argue with you and say it doesn't come with this or that Oh and one more thing they don't have the chicken katakat anymore or the fish katakat which was...

My recent visit to Sabri Restaurant left me with mixed feelings. As always, the food was delightful, boasting freshness and flavor. We opted for the BBQ platter and Nihari, both of which lived up to our expectations in terms of taste and quality. However, the disappointment arose when it came to the tea. Being avid tea lovers, we were eagerly anticipating a satisfying end to our meal. Unfortunately, the tea served was old and cold, a stark contrast to the freshness we had come to expect from Sabri. When we raised the issue with the cashier and politely requested a fresh brew, we were met with resistance. The cashier insisted that the tea was fresh and refused to accommodate our request for a new batch. This refusal to address a legitimate customer concern was disheartening, especially considering the otherwise positive experience we had come to associate with Sabri. As patrons who value attention to detail and customer satisfaction, this aspect of our visit left a sour taste in our mouths. Despite this setback, Sabri Restaurant remains a solid choice for those seeking delicious Pakistani cuisine. However, for fellow tea enthusiasts, it's worth noting the inconsistency in the beverage service. We hope that Sabri takes customer feedback into consideration and maintains its reputation for excellence across all aspects of the dining experience.

When my family and I visited Atlanta for the first time 20 years ago we were introduced to @sabrikabab and still go today (I was there this weekend) Ownership of the restaurant has passed hands a few times over the past few years resulting in varying levels of quality but one thing that's actually gotten consistently better over the years is the dessert - particularly the malai kulfi an Indian ice cream made of slow cooked milk Kulfi is one of my favorite desserts - here's a breakdown of why: 1. Consistency: kulfi looks a bit like a popsicle but the consistency is more like ice cream but more dense and creamy 2. Flavor: I always get malai kulfi or just plain cream, this is the original kulfi flavor, just milk and sugar simple and beautiful 3. Presentation: kulfi is typically on a stick and you can eat it on the go If you're interested in trying kulfi in ATL Sabri is your spot, be sure to grab a chicken boti as well it's my fav dish there.

one of my favorite Pakistani restaurants! The food is incredibly authentic — their beef kebabs are the best I've had. The falooda is so refreshing and fresh, definitely the best around. The naan and parathas were perfect as well. Every single dish hit the spot. 100000% recommended! The food at Sabri was absolutely delicious — full of authentic flavor and made with care. But beyond the great food, the service really stood out. The staff were attentive, kind, and constantly on their feet, making sure every table was taken care of. I feel bad when people complain about tips — many don't realize that servers often earn very little per hour, and tips are how they complete their income. Being on your feet for 8–10 hours, dealing with people nonstop, and still needing to smile through it all deserves more kindness and empathy. The team at Sabri definitely made the experience feel welcoming. Highly recommend!
