New Hong Kong City — Restaurant in Georgia

This shop is right around the corner to me and was hard to spot at first, but once my husband and I found it, no other Chinese restaurant compares! It is family owned, so it's great that we can support the local community. Our favorites we always come back for are the Chinese donuts (very generous portion of 10 large donut balls for just under $5), the hot and sour soup, (which I have had many throughout Duluth & Atlanta and none are as great and flavorful as this restaurant's.) I want to note that the hot and sour soup has always been delivered to me very hot, which I appreciate! We haven't yet explored too much of the menu as we have our favorites, but the fried and white rice are great with the shrimp with vegetables that I order. We've also enjoyed the sweet and sour chicken & beef with broccoli. Every single time we order, our food has always been delivered hot and delicious with generous portions, and great flavor. I highly recommend trying out more of their menu! I am grateful for this restaurant serving delicious food and choose to order here when I can't...

First and last time going there. They charged my amex card and said they dont take amex. Then they charged my visa. I ended up paying twice for the same meal. When i asked for a refund, the reply was "what do you want me to do about it". No refund. Food is ok but that lil idiot chick that works the register is retarded. Couldnt speak to the owner cause he claims to not know english. I would give negative stars if i could. The rude chick that answers the phone is going to be the reason this business will not do as well as it could. If you don't like your job, then leave. Dont be an jerk cause you have to work on a saturday night. But i suppose you cant fire your daughter....I simply asked her to let the cooks know not to burn my food since the time before it was burnt. Her reply was "it's deep fried so that how it is".... Deep fried and burnt are two different things. Her rudeness is the reason why their drivers get no tips... Smh. Worst customer...

I was very upset with this restaurant. I place a delivery order at 4pm got my order then I checked my bank statement the next day and they charge me twice for my order. I call the restaurant and the manager try to tell me that they was not going to refund me back my back cause I call them at 8pm and order the same thing again. I was very very upset to the point I went to the restaurant and ask her why would I order the same thing twice when I still got the first one and show me where the meal was drop off at my home, which she couldn't but could show where the first meal was dropped off. We went back forward and word was pass and police came out and she had to return my money and while I was there the cook was digging in places he shouldn't so that is my last time visiting there. Be careful if you decide to visit...
