My family and I are loyal customers to ding, we go just about every week! The tea is very good quality, although the customer service and perks for loyal customers are subpar as of recent. I had an incident where I was drinking my boba and realized there was a bracelet charm in my drink, I drove back to ding and all they offered was to reimburse me my 7$ drink⦠Besides that I love the quality and we continue to go as it is our favorite in the area. Although another critique I have is for the rewards program where you only get one stamp even if there are 5 drinks to one order, and vice versa if you have one drink you get one stamp, it does not make much sense. In terms of the customer service, I ordered a peach tea and there was an orange slice in it, which I did not order and do not prefer in my drink. I asked the person working if I could have it removed and she said āitās decorā and went back to making other orders. I understand she was busy but if a customer makes a request to a drink that was paid for, it should be listed to not dismissed. Iāve never have any issues or bad experiences with the drinks and the customer service (they were so nice). However, recently after the remodeling I came back and start to have bad experiences. The worker/cashier have an attitude (no smiling) most of the time we visit. The first time I didnāt mind because I thought she might have a rough day, so I understand. The next time we came in.. same attitude, even when I smile she didnāt smile back whatsoever. I have bad experiences with two female workers here. When my sister and I walked in the establishment, there was one lady ordering and there was 2 guys sitting at the chairs to the left and 2 ladies sitting at the right. We got behind the lady to order and waited patiently for roughly 5 minutes . However , once the customer in front of us got her order placed , the cashier asked us to let the 2 guys go before us.
