Cafe J — Restaurant in Georgia

This place is terrible. I mean from the food to the customer service. The first time i went here the lady who takes the orders was extremely rude not friendly at all. I still ordered the wings n fries. Wings were cold n tiny n fries were the only thing good. I came back today because i smelled shrimp accross the parking lot n decided to give it another chance. I looked over the menu just to make sure thats what i wanted. I had never had whiting before n asked the lady if whiting n tilapia were similiar. Just trying to get an idea of how it tasted. Her rresonse was "whiting is whiting and shrimp is shrimp". I simply stated u did not answer my question n she said huh. So i told her i was not buying anything n left. The place is digusting n that comment was extremely rude. She acted as if she was just tryna take my money n give me my food. As if i wasnt valuable enough. If the customer service is not good then i wont do business. I suggest no one else do business with this place....

I’m not the type to normally complain but today I experienced the worst customer service as well as having mold in my blue cheese The lady I was on the phone with so rude and told me I was lying and in order to get my money back that I had to bring the blue cheese back up there because I didn’t eat it in-house which I explained to her that I was at work and I threw the blue cheese away seeing as I work at a fast food restaurant I didn’t want to take those chances with having mold in my work of place she also explained to me how this isn’t the first time that this has happened customers call up there all the time about this problem which I’m not understanding why would you tell another customer about this type of situation this isn’t my first time going to this place but it...

We have been coming to this place for 16 years and they have the best wings I have ever had. We get the number 3 combo,which is 12 wings,fries and a drink. Make sure to get them extra crispy, much better. The price is lower than what you would get at most places, most places you don't even get a drink included. They also have other things like fish, salads, sandwiches, hamburgers and gyros. People I have been with that get other things besides wings tell me it is very good. It is a little place inside the Kroger shopping center on Singelton which is off of Jimmy Carter. We will definitely stay...
