If I could give this place no stars I would. I ordered two pizzas and I clearly asked for them to be well done. When I got home and I open the first box I noticed that it was not well done but I just let it slide and we ate that pizza. When I open the second box which was the same kind of pizza that was in the first box that's why I did not open both boxes at the same time . I noticed that that Pizza was very soggy it was not even cut into actual slices the pizza was soaked and wet. I decided to put the pizza into my own oven to finish cooking it. The pizza was so soggy that the cardboard that they place the pizza on was literally peeling off on to the pizza . Then I decided that I had paid too much money and I need it to call and let them know what had happened. Some guy gets on the phone and very rudely says to me that the person who took my order said I did not ask for well done. When I stated that I know what I said because that's how I always buy my pizza and maybe the guy just did not hear me or possibly forgot the guy in turn told me that this particular order was the first ever order they had ever had for me in their system. Which I knew this was a blatant lie because I have physically walked into that store and ordered pizza throughout the years. When I told the person I had no reason to lie as if I'm trying to get a free pizza he tells me all that he can do is make another Pizza and I have to bring the old one back up there in order to get a new one. I'll have you to know that at this point it's almost 10 at night and it's around 40 degrees outside. So I let this guy know no I am not coming back out because it is dark and it is cold. I asked him why can't you just give me a credit in the system so that when I decide I want to eat pizza again I can just call and order a pizza because I had the same thing happened with Domino's and they gave me a credit in the system with no problem. The guy continues to insist that this is all that he can do because he cannot see the pizza for himself in order to believe in my story. I have never experience terrible customer service on this level ever if a person is calling in with a complaint you are supposed to do whatever needs to be done in order to make the customer happy. With this store the customer is not always right and they do not care about the service that they give you the workers team up together and in turn gang up on the customer and call the customer a liar. I will never ever order from this store again I don't recommend that anyone else order from the store. If you want to receive decent service and have someone show empathy to your complaints against improper Pizza go to Domino's or s local place for real pizza and not pizza soup. Oh yeah for whoever from Pizza Hut reads reviews since you want to see what the pizza looks like so badly. Read moreThis store is very unprofessional I placed my order and after it was past the time my pizza was expected to be delivered. I see online it doesn’t look like the pizza is on its way to me yet so I call to check on the status and was told “your order is ready we’re just waiting for a DoorDash driver” I asked if they have an eta for when the driver will get there. I was told “we really don’t have an eta and can’t you give you one” then was placed on hold and the man got back on the phone to tell me “your pizza has just been dispatched and will arrive soon” I asked for an eta and was placed on hold again… someone got back on the phone and said “will this be delivery or carry out” I had to then remind them the reason of I was on hold and got placed back on hold! I was on hold for 25 minutes and I finally decided to use my husbands phone to call them. They picked right up “carry out or delivery “ I asked to speak with the manager who was very rude and did not try to give me any solution so I asked for a refund and to speak to someone above her. I was told “there’s nothing I can do for you ma’am and my boss is not here today” and she tried to assure me that my order said it could take up to an hour to arrive and I assured her that it had been over an hour now. She tried to tell me what time I placed my order and as I’m looking at the email she has the wrong time and even if that was the correct time IT STILL WAS OVER AN HOUR and then she hung up on me. So whoever was the “manager” of shift lead on 11/23/24 @ 9pm has HORRIBLE customer service!!! I was STILL on hold from my phone. They get back on the phone “carry out or delivery “ I repeated again that I want a refund because I still hadn’t received any pizza!!! The employee told me that I had to call DoorDash to request my refund even though I did not place my order through DoorDash I went online and specifically chose this store. Read moreI placed an online order ,Had the tracker on it and it said that my pizza would be delivered on time then after 25 min I look again and at that point it was already 45 min and food was already delivered . FOOD NO WHERE TO BE FOUND. I then called the store ,” Josue answered “ was VERY RUDE!! Talking over me when I was trying to explain. At this point i asked to speak to the manager .
