K & T Food Mart Inc — Local services in Norfolk

I changed my mind, ever since the ladies left this place the quality in the food has definitely declined. The customer service is rude as hell. I was told I could call to make a pre order of wings to be dropped on a Saturday. So their deli closes @6 just in case NO ONE KNEW, I was hung up on. First off they don’t even answer the phone with who they are as a business , they just say “hello”. Then I called back again, they answered and hung up, so I tried again and they just left the line open. Very unsettling from somewhere I’ve been going since I was a child. I just came in today to get some spicy buffalo wings and they were burnt, in fact they are burnt the majority of the time I come there. I asked if they could make some fresh ones and dude tells me “but these are finished” that’s not what I asked for. I asked if you could drop some fresh ones. Then he tells me I can get the non spicy ones. That’s not what I asked for. I just left. It’s very irritating to be careless because of them getting no business regardless. It’s just the principle. It’s sad. I hope they fix themselves...

I love going to this food mart. Miss G and momma are very friendly and hospitable. They are the mother and daughter duo that runs the place that we never knew we needed. If you are in Norfolk or 757 area you should come and stop here and taste their chicken wings and fries !! The spicy chicken wing are well seasoned and made with love from momma. They work very hard even on holidays. I remember 2 years ago on Christmas Day I didn’t had time to go to get groceries and when I went all the stores are close so I couldn’t buy food to cook and I was driving around and saw k&t was still open so I bought chicken and fries from them and that’s all my family ate that day but we loved it so much. Glad to have a local store with loving people,good food, and a convenient store...

When I say this chicken good it’s mouth watering good . I LOVE THE WAY THIS DAMILY BUSINESS OPERATES. From the time you walk in it’s all love . The customers service is awesome.
