I would not recommend to newcomers. Bartenders have no deescalation skills & will take the side of regular comers over new comers. The bartender had an opportunity to speak in a way that would de-escalate the situation but did not do so. In the case involving me and my party. Neither of us were intoxicated but I’m sure the other person that aggressively came towards us directly at the bar because of “a dime sized amount of water spilling on the bar floor” was so in this case I feel it was extremely easy to de-escalate. It was only a verbal disagree but it could have ended up physical if the person in my party didn’t calm the random aggressor down that was obviously known by coming there often. We were right at the bar with the bartenders right in front of us when the person started yelling at us for dropping water but bartenders said nothing. First time visiting and I will not be visiting again. If you are a newcomer they will take the side of the ones that come there often regardless of who is right or wrong even if they are aggressive towards you. Michelle the bartender was also our server for breakfast/ brunch (we consider it brunch when mimosa’s & Bloody Mary’s are available), she was great, very nice, friendly and conscientious which we appreciate! Yesterday I saw on Facebook that Sharks serves breakfast and morning cocktails from 8am-11am daily so we decided to check them out this morning. Note: they are on bar time so we got there at 10:45am but their clock said 10:55am so we only made it by 5 minutes to order from the breakfast menu. Coming from "cross da water" Hampton, me and my Wife finally made it to Sharks sports bar for the Dallas vs Washington game yesterday,when I tell you old school 90s sports bar, very diverse, great food, fantastic atmosphere, great service, Sharks is by far the Best Sports bar in the 757, although the wait staff was a little under staffed they did a fantastic job accommodating everyone, My wife had the New York hot sausage & fries,said it was the best she ever had, I had the steamed shrimp and the garlic parmesan wings.
