I live in Omaha. I purchased items for a total of over $500 over the phone on Friday, October 21, from the Norfolk store because a relative was driving through and picked them up for me. Some of the items for the order were at the Fremont store. Tried items on that were picked up from Norfolk store and drove 30 minutes to Fremont store on Monday to get rest of the order and return items from other location that didn't fit. Tried on the items in the Fremont store and they also didn't fit. I returned all of the items, some of which never even left their store, and they refused to give me my money back, stating only store credit. I tried and tried to work it out with them since I was never told of their policy over the phone when ordering and was not in the store when I paid for everything, and several of the items never even left the store when I returned them, but the owner absolutely refused to work with me. I was told by her staff (all of whom were very kind) that she would call me to discuss this matter, but she only texted me instead and then refused to continue the conversation. I tried several times to work something out with her and gave her several opportunities to respond, but she would not. I just want my money back for the items that didn't work for me. If I had been advised of their return policy when making a purchase of that size over the phone in a store I couldn't visit due to location, I never would have made the purchase. I wanted to return something that had the tags still on (never taken off) and it was far before 30 days and come to find out I had bought the item just over I believe it was 15 days or something random. The girls called the manager and she has all receipts saved somewhere and said she would not return it. I have not been back to this store because of it. If you don’t look like you’re going to spend or have the money to spend (comfortably dressed) they completely ignore me. They also had my husbands jeans hemmed once (only time I bought jeans here) and they had sewed them only and did not fix/cut the extra fabric.. and they advised to wash and lay them flat so the stitched portion wouldn’t cause a crease. I was so upset and the gal that stitches them apparently would not fix them. I will never step foot in or support this store. I went to buy jeans at this boutique because I support small businesses. I bought the jeans and was ready to go to the concert when I found out that the concert was canceled due to rain. I took the jeans off because I was going to return them I had the tags and the receipt ready to return. They would not take back the jeans because I had remove the tags from jeans. I asked if the owner could call me because this was a different circumstance that I took off the tags. I received no phone calls.
