Do you want a big beer? Maybe a small beer? The Harbors got you covered. Personally, this is one of my favorite bars in town. Drinking can get expensive, but this place is one of the most reasonably priced spots around. Is it fancy, no. But they have your darts, they have pool tables, they have popcorn, and most importantly, cold beer. Also, it's a very chill place, I've never seen anyone cause a commotion here. New owner ownership always excites me! & located in the said to be, up & coming downtown Norfolk, these guys are posed to impress! Hopefully the new management will realize the importance of local advertising, doing a deep clean of the building (especially the bathrooms), & becoming credit card friendly.
