Great American Cookies — Local services in Norman

I ordered at the mall location with a young lady. I showed her a picture of the individualized number cakes that I wanted (a 1 and a 5 with various shades of red and pink flowers in top). She told me the cost would be an additional 5.00 for the specialty color (shades of pink versus just one shade of pink) which I agreed to. We discussed one layer of cookie or two layers with icing in between. She advised that is a lot of icing and the cost is double for the two layers. So I asked how many will each number feed and she informed me about 5-7 depending on the size of slice. So I place my order for the #1 cookie and the #5 cookie with one layer of cookie only for 39.99 and the additional speciality price of 5.00 for the shades of pink and red icing on top. I picked up the cookie cakes today. There was a 1 and a 5. There are 2 shades of pink and 1 shade of red. They are small enough to fit underneath a standard 8.5x11 printer paper. I am enclosing pictures. I have never been so upset and the two workers today when I picked it up said “oh yeah that happens with the numbers, did you still want it?” Well yes of course I have to take it because this is for my daughters 15th birthday tonight and now on top of the almost $50 I spent on these cookie cakes I must go purchase e more so I can feed the guests because that 1 and 5 are not going to feed the 10-14 I was told it would. I bought the largest sheet sized cookie cake for my son's birthday. I spent $46. It was so thin, we couldn't even pick it up to eat it. It crumbled everytime you picked it up. I called the next day to get an explanation and was told it was the way the roller rolled the cookie. It was as if they took the amount of cookie dough for a small cookie cake and mashed it paper thin to make it bigger. I have bought smaller cookie cakes there before and they have always been at least twice as thick as this one. After calling to complain, the employee never offered to make this right.
