After finding this place on social media we were excited to gather our daughters friends and celebrate her 9th birthday here. The owner said no problem we can get you a table ect. We brought in a total of 20 kids. Which is great business.. the staff at the front treated my guests and family absolutely terrible. Telling them they couldn’t go in, and there was no party. So the owner who assured us it was, “no problem” .. never communicated any of the info about the party to his staff. My elder mom was told she could not stand under the canopy out of the heat and that she needed to go to the parking lot or they would call police. How ridiculous… Having owned my own business for many years this is NOT how you treat customers or any human for that matter… If I could tell anyone anything about this place I would say it’s a TOTAL MONEY GRAB ($20 for kids & $20 for adults that aren’t jumping) and the most disrespectful staff I’ve ever witnessed. I don’t recommend anyone going here. If I could give 0 stars i would. We should have went to Urban Air in Moore. Lesson learned..
In response to the comment below. Of course we stayed for the party we paid $400 for.. and your staff offered those things to us because CLEARLY there was a PROBLEM.. My immediate family that was there upon arrival agreed that they were treated poorly. You know the staff was in the wrong that’s why everything was offered to try to smooth things over. I don’t tolerate disrespect and you shouldn’t either.. it makes your business look bad.. I hope that if someone is planning a party they will...
Read moreWorst experience from the get go FYI PARENTS have to pay so if you want to go as a family plan on paying $100 for 5 people. They have already increased the price and so to get here and find out we had to pay was frustrating. I am sure somewhere on there website it says this and I must have missed it but by no means is the a $100 experience. Especially when jumpzone is $10 a kid and you don’t have to pay for the parents.
So update while I’m in Funbox a woman (I think the manager) came up and asked me if I was Kimberly and questioned me about the review while I was still in the park (she had to look at my debit card info to get my name, which is the way you have to pay FYI they don’t take cash). I told her I was not interested in talking about it and she continued to follow me. I once again explained I did not want to talk about and I had to walk off again.
I appreciate you reaching out. It will not let me respond to you however, I do want you to know that I wrote the review while I was in the Funbox it was not while I was still outside. It’s not appropriate for you to come and question me while I’m there and try to intimidate me to take down the review. Thank you for reaching out but once again, I do feel like it was an appropriate and once again, I was in the park when I went to...
Read moreIt’s a fun place but the young employees have smart mouths and talk trash to the guests. Also, don’t take cash because they don’t believe in it. My son was practically begging them to take his cash so he could have some water and the miserable employee was just beyond rude (to an 8 year old child). My daughter walked up to take him away and the employee immediately started trash taking to my daughter but my daughter was the bigger person at 13 years old and walked away and ignored the immature older person working the water station. Only took cards or Apple Pay so had no way to pay for a beverages for my children that were red faced and sweating profusely. Way to...
