I had trouble finding a jeweler who could repair an Italian watch that given to me by my in-laws many years ago. It had been in my desk drawer forever, and I knew it was more than a battery job, so one day on a whim, as I was leaving the office, I stopped at W B Choice Jewelry. The man who helped me was very nice. He replaced the battery while I was on-site, and as I expected, it was dead.
